NBSC Conducts Signing of Lease Contracts and Consignment Agreements for Income-Generating Projects
Northern Bukidnon State College (NBSC), through its Income Generation Program (IGP) Office, recently held a signing ceremony for lease contracts and consignment agreements at the Accreditation Room in the SWDC Building. This event underscores NBSC’s ongoing commitment to supporting local entrepreneurs and creating more business opportunities on campus.
Guided by its mantra, “𝘊𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘍𝘶𝘵𝘶𝘳𝘦𝘴, 𝘛𝘳𝘢𝘯𝘴𝘧𝘰𝘳𝘮𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘓𝘪𝘷𝘦𝘴, 𝘎𝘶𝘪𝘥𝘦𝘥 𝘣𝘺 𝘎𝘰𝘥,” NBSC recognizes its business partners as essential contributors to the college’s growth. The IGP Office facilitated the signing of revised contracts for food stalls, printing services, and photocopying services, along with consignment agreements. These updated agreements offer more affordable rental rates and improved terms for partners.
The revisions were implemented under the leadership of College President, Dr. Christie Jean Villanueva-Ganiera, CESE, as part of NBSC’s efforts to make its income-generating programs more inclusive, sustainable, and mutually beneficial.
The event was attended by Dr. Helen E. Maasin, Vice President for Administration and Finance and Chairperson of the Auxiliary Services Review Committee; Dr. Ermelina C. Bardilas, Vice Chairperson of the review committee; Ms. Fritchar Guevero, committee member; Ms. Elaine Marie J. Ombina, Head of the IGP Office; along with IGP staff, tenants, and consignors.
Through this initiative, NBSC continues strengthening and nurturing its relationships with partners, demonstrating its dedication to shared success and meaningful collaboration within the college community.
